Youth Summer Running Biomechanics, Speed and Agility Class

Welcome to our Class! This class is designed to help young athletes enhance their athletic abilities through specialized performance training methods implemented by Olympian Jonathan Johnson (aka Coach J)

Program Details:

  • Duration:   The class will run for 3 weeks, Monday through Thursday for an hour and a half
  • Options:     Attend weekly or all 3 weeks
  • Session 1:   Ages:  8 – 12 years old -   9a.m. - 10:30a.m
  • Session 2:   Ages:  13 - 18 years old - 10:30a.m. - 12p.m.
  • Location:    1400 W Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX  75010.
  • Led by Olympian Jonathan Johnson
