Youth Summer Running Biomechanics, Speed, Agility, Strength Camp

Welcome to our Youth Summer Speed, Agility, Strength Camp! This camp is designed to help young athletes enhance their athletic abilities through specialized training in running biomechanics, speed, agility, and strength. Our experienced coaches will provide a safe and engaging environment for participants to improve their overall performance and reach their full potential.

Program Details:

  • Duration: The camp will run for 3 weeks, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Age Group: Open to youth athletes aged 9 – 16 years old.
  • Location: The camp will take place at our indoor facility, equipped with the latest equipment and resources.
  • Curriculum: Participants will engage in a variety of drills, exercises, and techniques focused on developing speed, agility, and strength.
