Barb Stauffer

Chief Operating Officer (COO) Assistant Training Director

Barb has a background as a lifeguard, swimming instructor and water aerobics instructor. She started her athletic career running 5k races after college. She has worked with Coach J since October 2011 where she mentored under Coach J in learning proper running biomechanics and form. She has a passion for coaching and encouraging the Run Speed Performance youth athletes in private settings and attending competitive track events with them.

She earned a B.S. degree with a focus on Business Administration and became a Registered Nurse. Barb currently works for a large healthcare company and has over 16 years of healthcare claims and risk reduction experience. In her free time, she enjoys working with and coaching Run Speed Performance youth athletes in improving their speed.

Daryl Boykin

13 years experience as a youth Track & Field coach, working with athletes ages 5-18 in the fundamentals of proper running form, race strategy and conditioning. Skilled at creating workout regimens that improve the performance of beginners, mid-level and elite athletes. Also experienced in coaching youth Football, Basketball and Baseball.

Angelo Garbutt

Angelo Garbutt Played football at the university of Iowa for two years. He transferred to Missouri State University in 2017 and was named as an All-MVFC second team linebacker in his first year at MSU while also representing the Bears on the MVFC All-Newcomer Team. He was named as a second-team all-conference pick by Phil Steele. Led MSU in total tackles, ranked sixth in the conference in tackles per game, and ranked in the top 100 nationally. He was MSU’s top tackler in league games.

Phillip Green 111

Coaching Experience 1 year

Graduated from Texas Tech University with a Major in Human Science and four minors, retail management, mass media & communication, project management, and human resources. Green was a track and field athlete for Texas State and Texas Tech for two years each. He found his passion for digital design while at Texas Tech. Since then, he has been heavily involved in videography, photography, graphic design, and cinematography.

Odean Skeen

Director of Athlete Development

Coaching Experience 4 Years

As a former professional track & field athlete for Puma Inc. Coach O is a determined and diligent trainer. He understands what it takes to make it professionally and uses the confidence and skills he has developed to help develop the talent of up-and-coming athletes. He coached team Waco in the summer of 2019. He was also the head sprint coach for the boy's and girls' track teams. Coach O has coached professional track and field athletes in the sprints, and his athletes qualified for the USA Outdoor Championships.

At the inaugural 2010 Summer Youth Olympics Skeen won the 100 meters accomplishing his then-personal best of 10.42 seconds ahead of Maski Nashimoto and David Bolarinwa.

On April 21, 2017, while competing for Auburn University at the War Eagle Invitational in Alabama, Skeen set a new personal best of 9.9s becoming the 15th Jamaican to break the 10-second barrier.

He has trained amongst the best top athletes in the world such as Usain Bolt World 100m Record Holder and Olympic and World Champion, and Justin Gatlin 100m Olympic and World Champion.

Eric attended Kirby High School in Memphis Tennessee. After graduating Eric pursued personal goals and focused on strength and powerlifting training. His love for training transitioned to the professional world when he became a personal trainer in the fitness industry. Eric has worked at 24-hour fitness and as an independent trainer. He has worked with clients in strength and conditioning, weight loss programs, and speed & performance. Coach G is a highly experienced and accomplished soccer skills technical specialist. He has worked with industry-leading soccer residency programs. He is devoted to developing young players to reach their full potential. Coach G has been instrumental in creating innovative programs that help athletes build skill, speed, agility, mental toughness, and a deep understanding of how to play the game of soccer. Coach G has been part of leadership teams that help oversee the growth of residency programs that developed world-class soccer players. During his 8 years of training, he has provided athletes with resources and the training needed to succeed at the highest levels in the states and overseas.

In 2022, Coach G started his own soccer company, Shape the Game - a highly successful soccer skills program. This program is designed to take players to the next level, focusing on developing their technical skills, tactical awareness, and mental grit. He has a hands-on approach and is committed to helping each player reach their full potential. Coach G has established a reputation as a top-notch coach dedicated to developing the next generation of soccer stars.
